one.
consultation
Our initial meeting will highlight what we're all about, answering any questions that you have, while exploring your project's vision. You'll come away with an understanding of the entire process, including the benefits of partnering with Hill Construction for your build and a long-term plan and project timeline.
four.
construction
First things first - building consent. When this has been approved, your new build can get underway. Your dream becomes a reality thanks to the workmanship of our team. Take note of the milestones and progressions in the build, right up until the handover day. And as far as living the dream goes, move-in day is just the beginning for you and your family.
two.
design
Browse, discuss and propose your ideal concepts. If you have ideas in mind, these can be integrated in collaboration with our team of professional in-house designers.
We’ll work through a floor plan, elevations/walk-throughs and, of course, discuss the all important budget to make sure we remain on the same page about realising your goals.
five.
ownership
Handover does not mean the end of our job. The Hill Construction team loves to stay in contact by offering a maintenance period to help you work through any queries that you have. Whether it be a check-in several months or years down the track, our professionals are gladly one phone call away.
three.
formalities
Once we've established the scope of the project, finalised the design and priced the job, next up is signing the dotted line. Enter: The Letter of Engagement and the payment of deposits. Under the Master Builders Scheme, the signed contract promises a 10 year Master Builder Guarantee. Time to get down to business.

Introducing the main man behind business: Glen Hill. Born and raised in Feilding, his knowledge of building in our beautiful region is unparalleled. Having gained experience in the urban and rural scene from the best - his father ‘Bernie’, Glen walks the talk, delivering outstanding results for his clients alongside his project manager Lance. Glen completed a degree in Sports Management at Lincoln University prior to managing Hill Construction. And like a true Feilding bloke, when he’s not found on the tools, he is kicking a rugby ball around the field. Suffice to say, you're in good hands.

This project manager has been an asset to the Hill Construction team from the beginning. With a forte in building new homes and a wealth of technical knowledge in construction, you’ll be rapt to have this craftsman across your next project. Alongside Glen, Lance will be involved in your build process from the initial meeting through to handover. He’s honest, reliable, approachable, and good at what he does.
